Access snapshot Id during a build

I am creating a build and want to reuse the name/id of the snapshot that is created during my build.

In the build properties there is no property that allows me to do this according the online help:
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rtc/v2r0m0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.team.build.doc/topics/r_buildprop.html

Am I able to access this id??

Currently we have settled using the BuildLabel to find our builds again...

As an additional question, is there a list of all the build properties I can access in the build?


e.g.
team.scm.acceptBeforeFetch
team.scm.fetchDestination
etc.
