Important changes to user management in M5

With the delivery of the M5 milestone, there are some important changes to
the user management:

- Removal of Repository roles from the database; uses J2EE roles exclusively
- Better integration with Tomcat's user registry
- Ability to configure an external LDAP registry to query user Repository
roles and to import Jazz users from the repository.

Note that there are migration steps for users migrating from beta 2.

All this is described in the development WIKI topic at:
https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RoleMigrationAndLdapConfiguration

We welcome any feedback from the community.

I home jazz team produce two docs about user manager/security/LDAP .One is for Tomcat ,the other is for WebSphere.
On Formum ,many question is about user-manager/security/LDAP,if we have a good docs about user-manager/security/LDAP,we setup jazz easily.
