Exporting all Defects details for a release to WORD

I need to query for all the defects in RTC for a release and export them to WORD for an audit report.
This must include all the details of each defects, id, title, description, attributes, ...etc. Also, there might be attached screen shots that needs to be included.

You can create a query and export it to CSV, selecting all attributes in
the export wizard. This won't include the screen shots, however.
