After migration: Where are my reports

Nixon Cheaz (61) | asked Apr 27 '10, 3:13 p.m.
Hi,
I performed a migration using a repotools backup from one RTC 2.0.0.2 server to another RTC. The backup was restored successfully and everything seems to be working ok, except for the reports. When I try to run a report, it appears to run successfully, but the generated PNG image is not found. This shows up in the browser as a missing image(red X) icon in place.

Has anyone seen this? Please help.

Thanks.

I have not seen this.

Can you please create a work item and attach a screen grab?

Can you also please look at the server log and look for errors: look for the strings: birt, reports, datawarehouse?

Any chance that your temporary directory is not writable?

Please disregard. This was caused by a proxy misconfiguration on the server side. The reports are showing after the proxy settings were corrected.

Thanks.
