Reinistalling Custom Reporting for RQM fails

I am looking for a way to clean uninstall Custom Reporting for RQM and reinstall it.

I uninstalled Custom Reporting for RQM from Installation Manager and removed Rational Insight folder, removed database(RIDW, RICM) from DB2 using db2 drop command and rebooted the machine.

While reinstalling with default setting, it fails with a message saying that it failed while performing ...\Rational Insight\conf\cognos_dm\win32\issetup.exe and the log file it specifies doesn't exist.

I have RQM 2.0.0.1 installed on Windows XP Pro SP2.

Thanks in advance.

I'm having the same issue with v2.0.1 Rational Common Reporting. Any clues?

Add me to the list. I am trying to install RCR for the first time on a Windows Server 2008 operting Systems and get the following:

ERROR CRIMAF37550BFE 04:17.84 Error executing "C:\Program Files\IBM\RCPR\conf\cognos_dm\win32\issetup.exe" operation (status=1).
See agent output log for more information: C:\ProgramData\IBM\Installation Manager\logs\native\20100824_1514.log

The log file does not exist.

It's 64-bit issue (found out the hard way). Rational Insight is based on 32-bit and RCR cannot be installed on a 64-bit OS
