User Unable to See Defect Description Details in IE8

James Paulus (20622135) | asked Apr 10 '12, 1:45 p.m.
We have a user that is unable to view any of the description details when creating a new defect through the execution of the test case. The user is running IE8.0.6001.18702 with ActiveX Version 11.1.102.55 and all of the security settings match other users who are able to view the steps. This is on a Windows XP environment.

Has anyone run into this issue or have an idea on how this can be resolved?

One thing I want to add is that if the user presses "OK" to the defect description, other users can see the steps that should be present.

The user was able to solve his problem by switching to the "default" setting for the internet security settings.
