How to do the steps of build through command line interface

Hi,

Is it possible to do following steps through command line interface such as command prompt.

1. Clear up the directory where source files will be deploied.
2. Deploy certain version of the source files in the certain directory.
3. Run build
4. Output the result of build.

If it is possible, please let me know the steps how to do it.
