Failed to locate previously fetched file

Hi Team,
I am unable to install RQM 2001 ifix02 as I get the following errors using Installation Mgr as I receive the following errors: "com.ibm.cic.agent.core.CacheManager$CacheManagerException: Failed to locate previously fetched file at D:\apps\IBM\IBMIMShared\native\tomcat.common_5.5.23.20080502.zip."

THe file 'tomcat.common_5.5.23.20080502.zip' is present at location 'D:\apps\IBM\IBMIMShared\native\tomcat.common_5.5.23.20080502.zip'.

Any help to resovle the same will be appreciated.
