Integrating RQM with CQ

Hi,

I have installed RQM , RTC, CQConnector for RTC on a single machine and when tried to configure CQConnector.

Entering the URL below says page cannot be displayed.
http://inblr-mavilaa2:8081/cqconnector/setup

Do we need to start any services to do this configuration.

Any Suggestions
