Getting SCM return code 27 (Another RCP process)

Hi,

Using RTC underneath Build Forge to get files from a workspace to local filesystem has been working well until a day or two ago.

tbsm_421_rules -t /project/tbsm_421/build/tbsm_421 ....
Problem running 'load':
Another RCP application is running in this local workspace. File locked at file:/project/tbsm_421/build/tbsm_421

This machine has been rebooted and the issue remains, so I'm thinking there is some file or files that need to be removed or cleaned up. Anyone have a clue where to look ? We know a .jazz5 directory gets written as well as .metadata but on this failure running the scm load into a clean target fails immediately leaving a .metadata in the target directory.

The workspace loads fine to other clients.
