Team Area changes E-Mail subscription

Hi all,

I have a new requirement from one of my pilot projects and is related with the fact that they feel insecure about work items change tracking.
They have a provider team using only web UI and they think that the provider team is not going to track new unassigned work items if all team members are not receiving a email.

Is there any solution to send an email to all team members?
Some kind of team emailing subscription maybe?
