2.0.0.2 RTC Enterprise client Missing reports found on WebUI

Hi,
We have one of our RTC users who on the Web UI has full access to the shared reports and templates etc. But on Eclipse, they have nothing under {Project}->Reports->Shared Reports

Any ideas on how to fix this? They are currently forced to use the Web UI for doing reporting.

Under the rich client, there is an option in the Team Artifacts Navigator to filter on artifacts by Team Area ownership. Make sure the user sets the filter to show artifacts from all team areas.
