I have setup CLM 3.0.1 using DB2 9.7 fp4 + WAS 7.0.0.17 on RedHat 5.5 x64.

I am trying to create various users (like the users in MTM), but can not get the WAS users to map in to JTS.

In Jazz Administration (jts/admin), Under "User Administration", I can not get "Import Users" working. When I try and do a wildcard search on *, I get: CRJAZ0799W The external user directory does not support the request feature.

I've searched and can not find any documentation on the process for defining the users and groups in the WAS custom realm and then mapping them in to Jazz.

Any help would be appreciated.
