ClearCase connector: file names converted to lower case

Hi,

I got error when synchronize RTC with ClearCase.

cleartool checkout -nc
M:/DO_NOT_USE_lye_JJC_Syn/JJC_DATA_VOB/com.ibm.team.workitem.ide.ui.example/src/com/ibm/team/workitem/ide/ui/example/widgets/SnippetComposite1.java

cleartool: Error: Pathname not found:
"M:/DO_NOT_USE_lye_JJC_Syn/JJC_DATA_VOB/com.ibm.team.workitem.ide.ui.example/src/com/ibm/team/workitem/ide/ui/example/widgets/SnippetComposite1.java".

The ClearCase is installed on a 64-bit windows 2008 server. MVFS is
set to case sensitive. But the file names in
M:/DO_NOT_USE_lye_JJC_Syn/JJC_DATA_VOB/ are still converted to lower
case automatically.

How could I fix it? Thank you very much.

Hi Lin,

If you've verified that MVFS is set to case sensitive on your sync
server host machine (i.e., the machine where the sync engine process is
running), then it's not obvious what would be causing this behavior.
So you'll want to give IBM support a call so they can help you figure
out why this is happening.
