Dose RQM email notification work for resource reservation?

We configured and enabled the email notification function on our RQM server.
and want to know:

Can RQM send out the email notification to user when he/she reserve a lab resource?
Can RQM send out the email notification to user when the reserved lab resource get expired ?

I believe currently there is no such feature to send email notification in RQM.
