Charts sheet is empty

Hi,

Charts sheet of an iteration plan says:
Open Work Items for all categories in TE-RUP Support team
Support Iteration T#2
Open work items by type
--------------------------------------------------------------

Watch For:
The shape of the defects curve having an impact on enhancements
and tasks. Enhancements and tasks typically represent planned work, while
defects often represent unplanned work. Large numbers of incoming defects
can impact a teams ability to efficiently address enhancements and tasks.
An overall graph shape which does not approach zero toward the
end of the iteration. The overall graph shape represents the sum of all open
work items, and should tend toward zero as the iteration comes to a close.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

And that's all. What's wrong? How to get burn-down chart?

Roman

Hi Roman,

A couple of questions to help to debug this:

1. If you go to the Team Artifacts view and open the "Open Work Items by
Type" report, and feed in the same parameters for iteration and team
area, do you see the chart or not?
2. Do other work item reports behave as expected?

I'm tracking a similar problem in work item 43020, you can subscribe to
follow the progress:

Hope this helps,
