Does RTC CCM app adhere any CM Standard?
Numeric standards developed in CM industry for decades. GEIA-HB-649, EIA-649-A 2004 , CMMI for Development, Version 1.2 CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT and so on...just a few examples of such standards. Do Jazz/RTC (CCM app) has any documented use case/exemplar of adherence to any such standards or guidelines?

As you say, there are a lot of standards, and some of them have been
around for a long time. Was there a particular standard you are
interested in, and can you explain why it is important to you?

IMHO, compliance to standards such as CMMI is more about how you implement the tool rather than the tool itself.
For example, if RTC is implemented and used correctly it can certainlly help a project pass a CMMI process audit.
So what you really want is process documentation from CMMI compliant projects that are using RTC to show you how RTC is used in a CMMU compliant project.
Typically the document you are looking for is the projects Software Configuration Management Plan, and any appropriate referenced documents that support the SCM process in the project.
