Cannot start RQM after installing iFix4
Hi,
I followed instructions on https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/2.0.0.1iFix4?p=upgrading and successfully intalled iFix4. However, after that I cannot start RQM for some reason. In Tomcat console, it hangs there after reaching "INFO: Server startup in 9641ms". In IE, it displays a 404 error saying that "The requested resource (/jazz/web/console) is not available."
There's no error message in the server log and I have tried reload the page and restart the machine. Nothing worked.
Has anyone experience the same issue? Can some one tell me how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

What version of RQM did you upgrade from?
Were you sure to run the reset step
prior to applying the patch? If not, it's not too late. Just do it now and restart the server.
Can you go to ? Pay particular attention to "Service Error Summary" and let us know what you see.

Thanks for your reply. At the moment, I cannot access any page, not requestReset or jazz/admin/. I am pretty sure I run the reset step before I applied the iFix and the version I had before the update was 2.0.0.1.
I found C:\Program Files\IBM\RQM20\server\rqm.log. I cleared the contents before restarted the server, and then the rqm.log remained empty. In C:\Program Files\IBM\RQM20\server\tomcat\logs\ directory, I saw localhost log, catalina log and jazz log, but none of them has helpful information to tell what went wrong.
Anything else I can do? Or how I can uninstall the iFix4?? :(

Simple but worth mentioning..did you try restarting the server after you got 404 ?

Are you using Internet Explorer? If you are using Internet Explorer, you will need to refresh the "login" page once. After that, RQM will load.
This is a known issue.

I just installed RQM 2.0 and created the DB tables. When trying to log into the web console with ADMIN, ADMIN the page hangs, saying it is "loading..." but never seems to load.
Can anyone help?
