Where to report defects with the CQ interface in the RTC web

Our ClearQuest schema works OK in the regular CQ web client, but not in
the RTC CQ web interface tab. Should defects be written in jazz.net in
the RTC project, or should these be treated as CQ web client defects?

I'd suggest the former, in jazz.net in the RTC project, using the
"ClearQuest Bridge" category.
