Ask a question

You don't have permission to Save Attachment [server].

Hi all,

I am unable to attach a screenshot to an existing work item. The Team Advisor says:

"Problem
You don't have permission to Save Attachment .

Reason
In order to carry out this operation, you would need permission to perform the following additional actions:
Action: Id:
Modify attachment modify"

Having deployed the Eclipse Way process, I have tried to customize the process permissions, but the autocompletion didn't suggest "Modify Attachment" withing the operation's id. What is the id of the operation that allows me to modify attachments?

Thanks and best regards,
Torben

Saving an attachment is a project operation under <project-configuration> (as opposed to <team-configuration>). Its id is "com.ibm.team.workitem.server.saveAttachment".
