Does anyone have a breakdown of which RTC Project Area permissions also require the user to be a member of the JazzAdmin or JazzProjectAdmin repository group as well?

In order to create and initialize a project area, you need JazzAdmin or
JazzProjectAdmin.

In order to adjust a project area's access control or the set of
administrators you need JazzAdmin/JazzProjectAdmin *or* to be an
administrator on that project.
