Increasing The RTC comment size
While adding comments to RTC workitem programmatically. i came across error of exceeding comment length of some 40k bytes.
Is there any way to increase the size ? |

Thanks for reply.In that case is there a way to check the length of comments to be added programmatically.I saw a instance where a string of 9195 characters exceeded the expected length of 32768 bytes.
