How to Change Display Settings for all users

Like in View Test Cases where i see the list of Test Cases, there is a Display Setting active for the selection of columns to show and the width for each of them.

Is there a way i can configure this default behaviour on the server so that all users will have new defaults for Display Settings?

Not yet, but we're certainly thinking about it. Refer to:
