Hi Ana,

you can customize the web theme. There have been some discussions on how to in this forum you should try to locate using the search tool.
I found this in the Wiki: http://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7011. I have seen information on how to do it in New and Noteworthy https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/2.0.0.1?p=news look for "Theme".

If you talk about the Splash screen RTC shows while booting, this should also be possible. There is an example on how to do that in eclipse.org. I looked that up once for a customer. Basically you can create some plug-ins that provide that.

Can anyone provide step-by-step instructions on finding the files to change the logo?  
We found this technote http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21634120 but we cannot find this .jar file or any of these files IBM-logo.png, LoginWidget/logo-ibm-sm.gif or even the /graphics folder.
