Upgrading Mac RTC Client from 2.0.0.1 to 2.0.0.2 iFix 1
Hi all,
I'm still trying to acclimate myself to the Jazz/RTC environment, so I'm sorry if these are obvious. I've got V2.0.0.1 running just fine on my Mac, but I'd like to upgrade to 2.0.0.2 iFix 1. So the questions are:
1) Is there a Mac version of the IBM Installation Manager I should be using? (if there is, I've not been able to find it)
2) Is there an update server that my client can attach to for getting upgrades to the various RTC features? My 2.0.0.1 client didn't seem to have one predefined and I found documentation here that says there should be one at https://jazz.net/install-repositories/jazz-dev, but that doesn't appear to be valid at the moment.
3) I'm in the process of downloading the 2.0.0.2 iFix1 zip, which obviously I can install. I can also export my preferences and reimport them into the new version, but will my credentials/keys and such move with them, or are they stored in the workspace so I don't need to worry about it?
Thanks,
John

Hi John,
just a quick answer, as far as I am aware.
I don't think MAC is officially supported. However I heard rumors it works. You might want to search this forum using the magnifier glass at the top right.
I assume a zip installation would be the best choice for an "unsupported" platform.
Not sure the installation mananger would work for you.

OS X is currently no officially supported platform, but RTC works very
well on the Mac and many Jazz developers use it on this platform.
There is no installation manager on the Mac, but upgrading to 2.0.0.2
iFix 1 is as simple as unzipping the archive, starting RTC and pointing
it to your existing workspace. All settings should be preserved.
