Installing RTC 2 server on Mac OS X (almost there)

Installed the latest RTC 2 server on the latest MAC OS X Snow Leopard. Tomcat starts OK. I havea number of issues indicating the install isn't complete.

I cannot run /jazz/setup at all.

I get this error: "Repository services are not available on the server" in the RTC Admin, plus most of the links on this admin page come back with errors

There is a small issue somewhere but I do not understand where.
Any ideas anyone?
