selecting query in dashboard causes Typeerror:"null" is null and not an object

Hi All,

I am trying to learn RTC 3.0 and have come around a specific problem while creating dashboards. Request some one to help me out. While creating charts in the dashboard when we select Query I am getting an error as :Typeerror:"null" is null and not an object"

Anyway, if you wish to investigate that on the forum, we need folllowing additiona information:

1. Please provide screen shot of whe the issue is visible
2. Check with Firebug what are the errors there
3. For which exactly widget you have this issue?
4. When exactly you have the issue? After selecting the query? When opening query list? When clicking OK?
5. When did you observe the issue first? What was particular actions you had performed just before issue happened?
6. RTC 3.0 is really old version. What are the plans in the company to upgrade it?

Hello Anirban,
I would suggest you to open new PMR for the support to investigate that.
