There is nothing in the QM Admin WebUI to set this that I am aware of. Instead, session timeout is controlled by the web server (Tomcat or WAS). This technote explains how to set the timeout value in Tomcat: 1447983 How to modify the session time out value in Rational Quality Manager.

How could we perform the same if Application server is WAS?

It is manged by Application server. See this link for WAS server

 I have CLM 4.0.0.1 installed on Windows Server 2008 R2. Application server is WAS 8.0.0.2. I need to know how to change the timeout settings for RQM & RTC.  Any help would be much appreciated.
