Query to View defects in RQM created with RQM-RTC integratio

Hi All,
We have integrated RQM with RTC. When we create defects from RQM end, they are stored in RTC. We can query these defects from RTC end and view and change the status (assign) of these defects.

But we cannot see these defect from RQM end using Defects--> Go to Work items--> Shared Queries--> Open created by me. Is there any way/ Custom Query to view these defects from RQM end.

Please provide your help on this.

Thanks.

Hi Sandip,
What version of RQM are you running? There was a somewhat recent change made so that when you hover over Defects you will see navigation entries for your integrations, like RTC, as well as local defect storage in RQM (i.e. Defects->Go to Workitems in RTC).
Hope that helps.
Regards,
John

When I select Defects/Work Items Home from the RQM menu, I am directed to the Welcome to Plans page in RTC. I would expect to be directed to the Welcome to Work Items page in RTC instead. Why would I be directed to the Plans welcome page and not the Work Items welcome page?
