Unable to create new repository workspace

Using RTC 2.0.0.0 and 2.0.0.1 I am unable to create a new repository workspace. Here are the steps I take.

File Menu-> New->Other
Under Jazz Source Control -> Repository Workspace
Click Next

When I click next nothing happens. I have checked the workspace .log file and after I click next, the following appears:

I have tried with Java 1.6 (as an passed argument) and with the supplied JRE, both give the same results.

I have not experienced this bug with 2.0.0.1. Is this a known issue with 2.0?
