Iterations not selectable in report configuration at RTC 4.0.4

Hi,

When I create a report which has Iterations as Parameter, then only
iterations are shown which has a work item assigned. The others not.

But when I configure a Release Burndown, then I need to select all
sprint iteraions, otherwise I do not get the report view over the whole
relase cycle.

As workaround we assigned one dummy work item to each sprint iteration.
From our point of view this is a defect which should be fixed.

Has anyone come across this?

Regards,

Kunal

Hi Kunal,
What you asked is not available in RTC yet, which is an enhancement recorded in jazz.net [Trend Reports Viewlet]: Report Parameters dialog does not show all teams/time lines/iterations

I'm having the same issue, using RTC 5.0.2. This is quite a major issue as we cannot run reports to make decisions. Not only release burndown, but we cannot set up a sprint burndown or more simple widgets like Open work items by priority, team velocity, etc.

This was working fine until a couple of months ago. We did a rename as we moved the instance into a newer server... but there are projects that still works ok, and others that not... there are reports that just stopped working ok...

It's a major issue that may lead the team to quit using this toolset.
