Work Item Types like Story, Task, Defect, Epic etc creation options are not visible under Work Item. Am I missing any configuration?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
The Work Item Types are specific to the process template in use.  If your project area is based on Scrum template.  you should be able to see them.

Suggest verify the process template in use and the types that exists.

Open the Project Area in Eclipse Client > Process Configuration Tab > Project Configuration > Configuration Data > Work Items > Types and Attributes

Thanks Dinesh for quick response. Can I do the same thing using Web Client? I have issue making repository connection via Eclipse Client (Error - CRJAZ0105I - The request for the URL "/ccm/jauth-issue-token" was denied. The status is unauthorized.)

from Web Client > visit ccm/admin page > Project Areas Menu > Select your Project Area > Work Items > Types  and Attributes
