RTC on AIX 6.1

officially supported AIX version is 5.3 TL7 (Supported for p-Series only
Rational Team Concert Express-C edition not supported)

According to

AIX 6.1 is currently NOT supported.

No promises but 6.1 will likely be supported in our next major release which should be out sometime later this year.

RTC 2.0.0.2 could run under AIX 6.1 platform, we have tested it on RC2 environment.
