Hi,

We're using the nightly LDAP sync process to import new users into RTC.

As far as we know, there isn't a way to automate the assigning of the
license and roles to the new users, and this needs to be done by hand.

How are other admins dealing with this?

Are there API's which would let us write a tool in Java?

Assigning licenses can be done through pretty simple HTTP calls and you
could watch the web UI with something like Firebug to see how that is done.
