Sametime not opening artifact in RTC

When I was at RTC 2.0 GA and I received a work item link like ( defect 2222) when I selected it the defect would be opened in my RTC. I've upgraded to RTC 2.0.0.2 and this no longer works. It insists on opening it in my web browser. I've verified that the Sametime Jazz preferences DOES NOT have the check box check for forcing it in browser. I do not have any RTC hot-fixes installed in Sametime, neither before nor after the upgrade.

What am I supposed to do to get it to recognize that my RTC is open and I want the defect opened there like it used to?
