Visual Studio Client - Express-C ZIP File Corruption

I have downloaded the Visual Studio Client - Express-C v2.0.0.2 multiple times and each time the Zip file is incomplete. Anybody else having this trouble? I can download and install v1 with no trouble.

if you encounter download issues, please try and install the Free
Download Manager.
http://free-download-manager.softonic.com/
