Requirement Link broken on Deleted RequisitePro Requirement

I have a RQM project v2.0.0.1 that is configure to talk to ReqPro7.1. I've imported requirements successfully and linked them to Test cases. However, since the last requirement import from ReqPro, the requirements were deleted from Reqpro. Now, RQM flags them as being changed or with issues but I cannot correct it within RQM - to either remove/delete the requirement from RQM or make it so it doesn't appear on the Requirements list.

Naturally selecting the link from RQM opens ReqWeb and displays nothing so that doesn't seem to be the answer.

Any help would be appreciated. I have a customer who is stuck right now.

Please upgrade to the latest version of RQM (see https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/) and review the product documentation (see https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc_eclipse-gentopic1.html) and jazz.net resources (see https://jazz.net/help).  If your issue persists, please ask a new question (https://jazz.net/forum/questions/ask), open a defect (see https://jazz.net/mystuff/#tab=workitems), or open a PMR (see http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21507639).
