In a trial. An error occurs when trying to create a link for DOORS Next to Engineering Test Management.

I am currently testing DOORSNext in a trial.

When I attempted to create a link from the global configuration to Engineering Test Management using the Link Explorer, I encountered the following error:

ID CRRRW7553E The message received from the server indicates an error in an unspecified handler.

Error 400: Incorrect Request
[TID: dw6cde4284] Propagated exception; original message [InternalServerErrorException: [TID: dw6cde4284] Propagated exception; original message [RuntimeException: com.ibm.team.repository.common.TeamRepositoryException: HTTP method 'POST' call to 'https://jazz.net/sandbox01-ldx/incoming-links' caused response code '503,Service Unavailable'. Response: CRLQE03590E The SPARQL service is not available. It has been disabled by the administrator. ]]

I tried to check the "Lifecycle Query Engine" feature related to the SPARQL service, which is causing the error, but when I try to access it from the menu, I get a permission error.
Error: Your account does not have the group membership required to access the requested resource.
Is there a dedicated administrator account for the trial? Or is it that the features cannot be used during the trial?
