Why does Link By Attribute not work in a single component?

I have a project with six components. I have a problem with the Link By Attribute function in only one of the six components. I can select any of the Actions and available Link types, but the "Attribute" drop down does not populate with any of the attributes that exist in the view. I'm using IBM Requirements Management version 7.0.3.

I've tried the following and none of it had any effect:

1. Refreshed the view pane.
2. Refreshed the DOORS Next browser tab.
3. Logged out of DOORS and logged back in.
4. Closed and restarted the browser.
5. Deleted the browser cache.
6. Did a soft reboot of Windows.
7. Did a hard reboot of Windows.
   
8. Tried it on a different machine.
9. Had someone else try it.
