Are you informed about what perpective your collegues are in

Does the system tell you which perspective another co-worker is currently in or which file the person is currently working on?
I am a student at the University of Toronto. I read a paper on the early Jazz development called "Jazzing up Eclipse with collaborative tools", by Li-Te Cheng and Steven Ross. It described this ability of users to view which files colleagues were working on. One of the benefits of this was to allow users to better determine the interruptibility of that colleague and hence aides users' decisions in interruption management. I am interested in implementing this feature if it does not currently exist in Team Concert. Can someone tell me if it does?
