Options to move projects from different servers to a new server

We have multiple DOORS Next instances and now we have a requirement to move some DOORS Next project areas (from 2 different servers) to a new/separate/dedicated server. We have links across ETM, EWM and others DOORS NExt project areas. What is the best option to replicate select project areas to another instance?
