Doubt about Code Review feature on 6.0.4 version

This documentation of Code Review mention in the Author Workflow that In the wizard, select reviewers, and set the target stream if it is different from the default, which is your workspace target.
However, on the RTC 6.0.4 (Eclipse client), in the wizard there's no way to set the target stream, as mentinoned.
The recent versions of the documentation still mention the possibility to set the target stream.
Optional: By default, the target is set as your workspace stream. You can change the target stream if required.
My Question is: Is there a way to set the target stream in order to the user don't need to open the WI on RTC Web to set the flow? The feature to set the target stream during the review submission was retired on what version of RTC?

This is a really really old version - it was also impacted by the log4j bug that was a major security problem. At very least you should upgrade to 6.0.6.1 to get that issue resolved.
I have tried to find the online help to check the page and that's not even available any more. My guess is that this release didn't allow you to select a target stream and that it was added into a later release, and the wiki page you refer to has been updated to reflect that new option
