The save button when creating a new project in ccm is not working, despite having the permissions

 I am trying to create a project in ccm but the save button is  not working. I have all the permissions : JazzAdmins, JazzGuests, JazzUsers and JazzProjectAdmins. WHat could be the issue? I can't proceed any further due to this.

It's a fresh installation on a new machine.

 You have to select a process template and select the radio button "Use process template to initialize this project area" - or another valid configuration for the process template for the save button to become available.
