ERROR pop up in RHAPSODY: Changes can only be checked into a new change set or a change set that is active in a workspace

Dear Team,

We are trying to deliver change sets and baselines using the deliver API.

Issue

Once this automation is run on a rhapsody model, after the automation ends, when we try to make any change and save in the model in rhapsody, we are getting the error Changes can only be checked into a new change set or a change set that is active in a workspace and these changes are being shown as unresolved in EWM pending changes tab.

Suspicion

we suspect that the sync between local repository workspace and stream is corrupted and need to establish resynchronization for RMM status, to get the active state back and ensure both client tools EWM and Rhapsody are in sync.

Please help us if our suspicion is correct or not, if yes, could you please share references for APIs to resync the data? The refresh API is also not working as expected so we manually refresh at local repository workspace every time we run the automation.

Observations

The EWM property for the key UnitAutomaticOperationSave is set to default CheckIn

We tried to Refresh the EWM Status, Re launch the EWM and Rhp applications, still got the error when we tried to save a change

We tried to manually create a change set in EWM pending changes tab for a component, then make the change and save, still got the error

Could someone please assist us here?

Warm Regards,

Theja Nadhella
