Hi Alexander,
because the link is pointing to the Windows and not the Linux version. The Link for the linux version should be something along the lines of https://jazz.net/downloads/workflow-management/releases/7.1/JTS-CCM-keys-Linux64_7.1.0.zip but does not exist. I am trying to get it fixed. Maybe you can use the webinstaller at the moment?

Thanks, Ralph, for confirming the issue and looking into it. It's helpful to know the correct link structure. I appreciate you working to get it fixed. In the meantime, could you provide more details about using the web installer?

Glad to see things are improving and getting standardized. Any chance of a guide on best practices for installation on different distros? That would be a huge help!
@fnf I ran into the same issue with the broken Linux download link, so I ended up looking for other installation options. A distro-specific installation guide with common troubleshooting tips would definitely make the setup process much smoother.
I ran into the same issue last week while setting up a Linux server, and it kept redirecting me to the Windows package too. Cps Test
