DNG : Can we make the Approved State Artifacts Non Editable (Read Only) ?

Hi Team,


I have a scenario wherein i need to restrict the users to modify the DNG artifacts which are in Approved State. 

Is this possible to make the entire artifact details non-editable, so that if there is a change in the requirement(Artifact) then the user can create a new artifact. 

Can we make this in the template configuration ?

You could lock it. However, don't you want to reuse requirements?

I am not deleting the questions that I am posting, it is getting deleted somehow.
