Doors Next Generation - Export module to Word using a Template - with layout format A4

Task:                  Generate Module Report for Artifact

Problem:            I am using the function “Generate Module Report for Artifact” for a module out
                          of Doors Next Version 7.0.2 or 7.0.3.
                          Using the default report “Print Module Book” and Microsoft Word as output type.
                          I have already modified the word template associated with it and added some
                         headings and set the page layout to “A4”.

 In the Word document created, however, the Layout format is set to “Letter”.
             The modified heading is appearing.

Question:          How or where can the format layout be corrected to the desired layout “A4”?
