Linking TestCases to TestPlans in Excel import

I am trying to link TestScripts to TestCases and TestCases to a TestPlan during a single Excel export session. The worksheet has the TestPlan data, TestCase Data and TestScript data on it. We can successfully import the TestPlan and TestCases and TestScripts, with Cases and Scripts successfully linked, but can't get the Cases linked to the Plan at the same time. If we are successful in getting the Cases linked to the Plan, the Scripts don't link to the Case.

Has anybody done this successfully? If so, Please post your config file.
