Can multiple users add to owner in quick planner board

Hi Team, currently onwer and jazzAdmins can able to edit quick planner board, is any way can multiple user can add as owner in quick planner board or can product owner and scrum master both edit the quick planner board without having JazzAdmin group access?


Please suggest any alternate way to acheive this scenario.
