Rational asset manager eclipse client not working

I can't open Rational asset manager using eclipse client, the Web Server and Web Services Path is "https". I receive error messsage:

"om.ibm.jsse2.util.h: PKIX path building failed: java.security.cert.CertPathBuilderException: PKIXCertPathBuilderImpl could not build a valid CertPath.; internal cause is:
    java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: The certificate issued by CN=localhost, OU=Root Certificate, OU=localhostNode01Cell, OU=localhostNode01, O=IBM, C=US is not trusted; internal cause is:
    java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Certificate chaining error"

when I tried use the http protocol for access, I receive the Handshake_failure alert message. What the way for use the security connection and open rational asset manager in eclipse client
